WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

RSVP information will be available after official invites are sent out in the summer. Stay tuned!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Please check your invite for your +1 info.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

While we love your children, the wedding events are for adults only. We are happy to assist with babysitters at the Fairmont if needed.

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The sunset ceremony is outdoors and the cocktails are inside with an option to sit by a cozy fireplace outside on the Solana Room Balcony. The reception will be indoors in the Capella Chapel. We recommend a wrap for the ladies during the ceremony.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

The attire is black tie . Please click this link for a guide to black tie wedding attire.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY HOTEL

We recommend booking your hotel as early as possible (NOW!) to take advantage of our room block or the special rates currently available as of February 2026 at local hotels.

IS THERE PARKING FOR GUESTS NOT STAYING AT THE FAIRMONT GRAND DEL MAR?

Yes valet parking will be hosted for the wedding.

WHAT ABOUT UBER?

Generally there are plenty of Ubers but New Years Eve could be a little challenging . If you would like to book a car or a ride share in advance please do so.
